Cast and Crew

Tagaru Stars Shiva Rajkumar as Shiva, Dhananjay as Dolly and Bhavana in lead roles. Other cast includes Manvitha, Vasishta N. Simha and Devaraj etc.

Tagaru is written and directed by Duniya Soori under Venus Entertainers banner. Mahendra Simha is the cinematographer of the film. While Charan Raj has composed music for the film.

Dolly is a ruthless blood thirst underworld goon who has his own methods to run business which disturbs public, then arrives Shiva a stubborn and gutsy cop to stop the mess of Dolly. What happens when both locks horns is all the film about.

Tagaru Review

After Duniya Sosri came up with another intense crime thriller with the right amount of cast and crew to project his vision on a larger scale. With the charisma of Shiva Rajkumar who played a rookie cop Shiva is the major asset of the film, he alone carried the major part of the film with his tremendous screen presence and performance. Dhananjay is the show stealer, as a cruel gangster Dolly, he nailed the role and appears as a perfect antagonist in the film. Bhavan and Manvitha did good upto their part.

Duniya Soori's screenplay to the film is another highlight, though the story seems routine, the jumbled screenplay and powerful dialogues by both terrific actors added more intrigue to the film. Especially last half an hour is fantastic which leaves the audience so satisfied. Charan Raj's songs and background score is great and lighting and cinematography is a positive point.

Positive Points

  • Screenplay and Direction
  • Shiva Rajkumar and Dhanajay's performances
  • Music

Negative Points

  • Slow take off
  • Routine Story

Tagaru Verdict

It's lead actors extraordinary presence all over the film.
