Savyasachi is directed by Chandoo Mondeti under Mythri Movie Makers banner. It is produced by Naveen Yerneni, C.V. Mohan and Y. Ravi Shankar. Cinematography by J. Yuvaraj, editing is done by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao

Vikram Adithya (Naga Chaitanya) left-hand acts differently without his control, in college days Vikram falls in love quickly with Chitra(Nidhhi Agarwal) and disappears from Chitra life without reason. After six years Vikram as an add filmmaker meet his client or ex-lover Chitra tries to impress her, and they move to the US for their next add shooting. After returning Vikram gets shocked, his brother in law dies, his sister Bhumika gets severely injured and he realizes that his niece is still alive but kidnapped.

Arun Raj ( Madhavan ) dislikes the society around him for a reason. Arun attacks Vikram’s family and kidnaps his niece. Rest of the story is the mind game between Arun and Vikram.

Savyasachi Review

Savysachi film has an interesting conflict point left-hand syndrome has not utilized much. The first half of the film consists of regular college scenes and love track and little fun added with Vennela Kishore. The mind game between Vikram and Arun is not so engaging but pre-climax scenes were good. Few songs are impressive and remix song is attractive but not related to the situation. Chandoo has failed to impress the audience with his direction.

Production values by Mythri movie makers are rich. MM Keeravani music is average. Cinematography by Yuvaraj is good, he captured new york city beautifully. Naga Chaitanya in the role of Vikram performed well. Madhavan is pretty good in the main antagonist role, Bhumika in the role of Chay's Sister impressed and Nidhhi got a limited role, but her screen presence is good. Vennela Kishore and Shakalaka Shankar evokes decent laughs

Positive Points

  • Story
  • Chay and Madhavan Performances
  • Pre climax

Negative Points

  • Boring First half
  • Narration

Savyasachi Verdict

Routine Revenge Drama
