KGF story is all about an ambitious boy Rocky, Who born in poverty, wants to die as a richest and Power full man. From the streets of Bombay to the fields of KGF he grows step by step and becomes a notable name in Crime world. And his tale is narrated by Journalist who chronicled his life in the 1980's.
Yash KGF has released today with enormous expectations directed by Prashanth Neel. The film has fast-paced first half but the second half and climax set up the right premise. The screenplay is interesting and more engaging, The growth of Rocky is shown in a heroic manner. There is a fair share of scenes and dialogues that bring out cheers for the mass audience. The makers have maintained clever storytelling which keeps the narrative space more interesting. The film traversed from 1950 to 2018 while maintaining enough curiosity as each character is unveiled.
Direction, cinematography and localities are topnotch. Be it the dark KGF world Glitzy nightlife scenes Bangalore are showcased well. Yash as a Rocky excelled in his role. Srinidhi Shetty is cute as a female lead her role doesn't have much importance. Ensemble cast help the film to run in an engaging way.
